Across Canada, part 3: P’tit Train Du Nord, Quebec.

At the end of our drive across Canada, we cycle the 200 km long P’tit Train du Nord bike path through the Laurentians, north on Montreal. The fall colours (maples) where at their peak.

Terschelling, an island off of the north coast of the Netherlands, offers great biking on cycle paths through the dunes, and wonderful beach walks on one of the world’s largest sandy beaches.

In part two of our Quebec cycling trip we ride to Saint-Jérôme. Afterwards we spend some time in Montréal looking for Leonard Cohen.

We cycle the P’tit train du Nord trail through the Laurentians, on a quest for fall colours. We stop to kayak around Lac Saugay, we sample the local poutine, and we scramble up a muddy track to the top of Mont Tremblant.
